special request #1: an ice cream cake.
after researching cakes with william, he settled on a
root beer float ice cream cake. so easy,
pretty yummy and totally cute!
2nd request: a party with friends. i involved issy in the planning
process and she prepared an obstacle course, musical chairs and some relay races.
after playing games, we opened gifts from our awesome friends:
tanner and austin pratt, hallie lewis, reese gilbert, carson boekwig and tanner,
colton and braden mills.
next we ate cake and drank soda pop!
the kids all got a kick out of the root beer float ice cream cake. they
were telling me i should pin the recipe on pinterest for their moms...ha!
final request: A PINATA WITH LOTS OF CANDY!

we had such a fun time and william loved having all his friends
over to celebrate!

| later that day, we went over to the mills for a bbq and william had some of his favorite foods: crab legs, shrimp and hot dogs |

| then we opened presents from mom and dad. an indoor basketball hoop, magnets and catan junior! |

| and last but not least, some fun out on the river! |
