Finally.....BABY ANNOUNCEMENT!!
Yeah!! Our little baby boy was born finally on Saturday, August 23(1 day past EDD) at 2:05pm. He weighed in at 9lbs. 2.5 oz and was 22 3/4 in. long. So, even though he was HUGE, he still seems very little to me. I haven't been around a newborn for awhile!! It took us a little while to finally decide on his name, but the name we chose is William Heward Stratton. We will call him Will for short..not BILL!! William and Heward are both family names on my mother's side. William is my Grandpa's middle name and Heward is my GGGGgrandfathers name on my mom's family line. I have journals about my Grandparents Heward and love their stories so it is a sentimental name for me. I will put up more tomorrow with some pictures...for now, I am going to try and get some shut eye!!
