revisiting the past...

i have a friend with the cutest little girl...

she is my baby fix when i miss my babies.  she is almost 2 though...

but she loves me, and that is super rewarding!

i have had her picture on my phone for awhile and i decided to change the wallpaper and 

as i began looking for a pic, i came across this one of william(see below).

wasn't he so cute??? i sent a text to ned to show him. we reminisced.

while i miss his cute chubby cheeks and curly hair(not in this pic necessarily, but later into his toddler years)

i do not miss his unpredictable and unstable temperament.

while he hasn't completely grown out of it, at least it is more

manageable!

he still has a big laugh

he still has a big cry

and a cry that keeps on going...

he still loves books and can now read his own.

in fact, on a side note, william doesn't like to be by himself except
when he is listening to books on tape.  it is awesome!  he just recently
listened to FLOORS, and we are now listening to a rick riordan book
based off the percy jackson series, called the DEMI-GOD DIARIES. i love
that he will lay in his room and listen to books...

he still likes to play with balloons.  what kid doesn't?

he still gets frustrated when things are difficult.

he still loves his mommy the best.

he still wants things...

and does this when he doesn't get it!

he still loves his big brother the best too!

he is still my little buddy, bbq sauce, cootie tootie, love bug, snuggle bug and
whatever other nickname i can come up with.
