i have an unwritten goal to read 52 books this year...
because i struggle with goal keeping, i didn't really want to be too forthright with this goal.
but, since i am still going strong 4 months in, the burden of possible failure has lifted and i
am confident i will achieve my goal!! hey, no body likes to look like a failure, let alone be one!

currently reading: happiness project, matilda
up next: the last runaway, monuments men, merchants of venice, harry potter
sometimes i wish i could read faster, there is much out there to read!! the possibilities are endless! i don't even need to ask for ideas anymore.
there is a handful of books i did start and not finish, mostly because they were not interesting to me or the writing was just distasteful.
i don' really have any rules about what to read, except, i am trying to challenge myself to try out different genre. i really do not enjoy sci-fi or fantasy, or even young adult typically, hence the percy jackson book, harry potter, pillage, floors and a few young adult/older children's chapter books. i LOVE historical fiction/non-fiction and books that inspire me.
happy reading to me!
