mother's day month

 so to celebrate mother's day this month, i told the kids to choose an outing they would like to do just me and them.  i feel pulled in many different directions, and while i am homeschooling, it is still hard to feel like you spend one on one quality time with each child.  i hardly see hunter either because he is gone all day and then there are activities in the evening and homework, etc.  i went on a date with will to play mini-golf and to mcdonald's for lunch.  i didn't take any photos though...it completely slipped my mind.  however, issy chose to go ice skating and out to lunch at old country buffet. still waiting to hear what hunter and emma have in mind.

we went on a wed. morning while will was at preschool.
the rink was pretty quiet, with only a few kids taking lessons.

maybe because i feel really tired all the time.

issy loves old country buffet.  mostly because she can get her
own food and eat whatever she wants.  plus you DON'T have to
wait to be served. 

it was fun to spend time with isabella and to talk and to NOT be interrupted
every few minutes.  huge pet peeve of mine!!!

i love this crazy girl with all her imaginative thoughts.
