ned was called in to meet with the stake this past week. hmmm...wonder what that is about? we only knew of one calling available that might require the stake presidency to meet with him. when we arrived they asked him if he would be willing to serve as assistant in the high priest group leadership. this meant ordaining him a high priest as well. ned was surprised. "old guys" is what he was thinking, not to mention "family history!" yuck(him, not me. i love fh)!! anyhow, he is over the initial surprise and is very excited. he gets to work with awesome men. i think they are awesome because i know their wives are totally awesome!! his dad, mom, brother kirk and our niece maren were able to come over this weekend for the ordination. his dad ordained him a high priest at church and then after church the stake presidency set the leadership apart. it was a nice day!! i'm very proud of ned and all that he has accomplished over the past few years. he is so positive and such a hard worker! i am truly blessed to be married to such a wonderful man!!
