up up and away

we took the kids, all but hunter anyway, to an airplane show and exhibit in richland this past week. it was really fun to see all the old planes and watch the local pilots flying around. william is really into cars, trucks, diggers, planes, boats, trains, etc. right now and he especially got a kick out of watching the planes take off and land.

the highlight of the day was that emma was able to co-pilot a plane.

unfortunately she got a little motion sick on the landing
and lost her breakfast in her lap.

she recovered and received her certificate for
co-piloting successfully around the tri-cities.
