we moved to kennewick almost 3 years ago to the day. what a journey the past 7 years have been. we left our home in logan to pursue law school in moscow at the u of i, then almost moved to spokane, but ended up in slc for 8 mo and now we are here in kennewick. it has been a long and challenging road but also very rewarding. when i met ned back in 1995(i know, (gasp) the 90's) he had a goal to go to law school. while the goal was sidelined for a bit, eventually we made it back to school and graduated in 2008. unemployment and uncertainty about our future drove us to slc for a little while, but we knew we wanted to go back to washington one day. we made the decision to move here and ned hung up his shingle and his new career began. we have been blessed to meet wonderful people that opened their doors to ned and after only 3 years he is partner in a 2 person personal injury law firm and has recently built a new office building for their growing business. while ned is very busy and works hard to provide for us, we are so proud of all he has accomplished these past 3 years. it is always easier to see hindsight how the lord directs our lives. as we look back over the past 3 years, it is so apparent the people, the opportunities, the decisions that were placed in our pathway to bring us to where we are now. i am truly grateful for our PATIENT and MERCIFUL heavenly father who guides our lives every step of the way.
i don't have a picture of ned's first law office...i will need to get one. but it was a little tiny tiny office in old downtown kennewick. after awhile he began working for brian anderson in the office below and then they became partners and finally opened their new office in march 2013!!

another goal of ned's(not necessarily back in 1995 when i met him, but later when we was a realtor) was to own his own building. pretty cool when wishes actually do come true, huh??

Yes, Very COOL!
BTW, I love your family photo! You sure have a beautiful family Ashley :)
Also, yes that is weird that Hunter will be leaving home relatively soon. I remember visiting you with Teralee at your little apartment in Logan when he was just a small little guy.
