i took the kids out to a u-pick pumpkin patch out in west pasco this week. it was a beautiful fall day and we had a lot of fun, despite slamming my finger in the side door of the van. even though it was painful, i was prepared with my first aid kit and was able to stay coherent as i bandaged my bloody finger and drove home. luckily it wasn't broken and was only extremely painful for about 24 hours. i didn't get a picture of my bloody, cut up and swollen finger but i did get some pics of us pumpkin picking.

I'm glad you all had fun at the pumpkin patch :) Have you carved them yet?
Fingers---they're overrated. Except for we piano players, hope it gets better soon! I MISS you! It was so fun to chat at you for a long time a couple weeks ago, I forgot how much I missed your giggle. You totally uplifted me. I hope things continue to go well, miss you. Give the kids my love!
