after what seemed like an eternity, ned found out yesterday that he passed the wa. state bar. we are super excited. i am very proud of him and happy to finally have that chapter of his life closed...i think he may be more excited than i am. we do not know what this means for our life but for now we are just happy it is over. while this doesn't really change our current situation it does give us a little bit more hope for the future. we are still debating on having ned take the utah bar in february, but we haven't decided for sure(we really need to, the deadline is looming). and we are still uncertain about our future plans. do we stay in utah, or do we go to washington????
somedays i just can't believe we are actually living in slc. i never thought i would be here. however, i have made a really great friend here...hope i don't embarrass you...you know who you are! i was just telling her today that if she is the only reason we are here, then i am happy to oblige. we needed each other! it is funny how life works. i can't really see the path we are on right now, but i feel okay with it. i don't feel stressed or anxious necessarily about our situation, i just hate not knowing. so, we just keep moving forward hopeful for the direction to present itself.
anyhow, here's to things lookin UP!

Yeah! That's great!!! Hopefully something good will come of it :) I'm also glad you've made a good friend. It makes all the difference.
We should find a time to get together, now that I'm not sick anymore, & go down to see Teralee & her beautiful new baby!!!
Never doubted Ned's performance. What you should REALLY do is take the FLORIDA bar and move to God's country! Best luck to you all.
