we celebrated emma's 9th b-day by heading up to silverwood theme park. we had a blast riding the rides and not standing in long lines, thank goodness. it was a great day to be there. we were too busy having fun and handling the logistics of kids vs. rides to get too many photos and i didn't get any of the water park(which in my opinion was the best part), but here are a few!
emma was so brave. she went on the the aftershock, which is the "big" ride at the park. click here to see what it looks like. needless to say, i could not be persuaded to ride it. i am a whimp! we had fun eating our lunch in the parking lot and our dinner in the parking lot and opening presents sent by all the grandparents. thanks guys!! emma requested cinnamon rolls for her "cake" so we put 9 candles in a cinnamon roll and she made a wish and voila she was 9!!happy b-day emma, we love you!!
