a ROUGH week

A very important member of our family died this week. Finny the fish, Emma's beloved goldfish, finally died. We had him for just over a year and we were feeling quite proud of ourselves that the fish hadn't kicked the bucket yet (we haven't had much luck with fish in the past). Emma found him belly up in his fish bowl one morning before school. She was very upset, and I tried to convince her that maybe he was pulling a "NEMO" but she didn't buy it!! In memory of Finny, Emma placed a vase of silk flowers on his grave, "THE TOILET."
Good Bye Finny, You were, as Emma says, "THE BEST FISH IN THE WHOLE WORLD!"
