SNOW SNOW SNOW!!
We have had tonz of snow here in Moscow, Idaho!! I usually don't mind the snow until about March, but I am getting a little tired of waking up to SNOW everyday!! I am not sure of the total amount of snow we have had altogether, but I know each time it has snowed we get anywhere from 3-9 inches. Did I mention it has been snowing here since the end of December and hasn't stopped. Every few days the sun peaks out just to tease us a bit and then it hides away and let's the snow do its job!!! We have had 3 Snow days and I am sure we will have more. Moscow city isn't the best at snow plowing, I think they have 1 snowplow and so it makes it difficult for the kids in the outlying areas to be picked up by the buses, so they close school!!! We live close enough to school that we can walk ,but unfortunatley they don't open just for us(BUMMER)!! I am beginning to wonder how this will play into the end of the school year??Amidst my moans, we decided to enjoy the snow and embrace the beautiful white fluff and get outside and play in the snow!! Here are some pictures, taken with my new camera!! YES, I FINALLY GOT A NEW CAMERA!!! YEAH!!

I am so glad it is snowing in Idaho and not in DC. It sounds too cold for me. Emma - I love you in glasses. You look so cute and smart! Love MOM/Grandma
Boy I sure wish the snow would go somewhere else. I keep doing the bad thing and waking up each day wishing for summer. I long to lay in the sun and get bright red. I can't wait to wear flipflops, shorts and eat popsicles. I better stop the dreaming or it will be a really long next 4 months!!
No fair, you get snow days! We've been getting our fair share these last few days and it is no fun to drive in. In fact I was just talking to my mom on the phone and she said we ought to be living in Hawaii, Panama, or Arizona. I don't think I was made for cold weather but it is kind of pretty :)
Love the updated pictures. Jules
We lived in Utah for 10 years and not once did we have a snow day. I remember once a few years back we had 2 feet of snow on the ground...we still went to school. THey are just way better at getting out on the snowplows. We don't have the funds in this town to contract out for snowplow drivers. Ned came home the other day asking if he should look for jobs in the Pacific Islands, I said oh yeah baby!! If I never see snow again, I don't think I would be sad. We really hope to move to S. America one day!! We will see!!
